Made to Order:

To limit fabric waste and avoid creating unnecessary stock, all of our products are handmade to order. Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 7 working days for it to be made and dispatched.

If you need your order sooner, please get in touch before placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless this has been agreed in advance.

Shipping:

UK Shipping:

All orders to the UK are sent tracked with Royal Mail (2-3 business days).
Shipping is £3.95 for orders under £100 and free for orders over £100.

International Shipping:

All International orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail. Europe (3-5 business days) and USA, Canada and Australia (6-7 business days).

Shipping is £15 for Europe and £20 for USA, Canada and Australia.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.

In the unlikely event that your order appears to be lost in transit, please allow up to 14 days from the expected delivery date before contacting us. After this time, we can submit a claim with Royal Mail and arrange for your order to be resent.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are faulty or not as described.

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange for store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the same pristine condition in which it was received. Unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that have been marked, worn, or damaged, including marks caused when trying them on.
