Care Guide
Rinse in cold water after each use. Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, or machine wash at 30°C. Never wring, twist or tumble dry. Gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not bleach.
Shipping Policies
UK Shipping:
All orders to the UK are sent tracked with Royal Mail (2-3 business days).
Shipping is £3.95 for orders under £100 and free for orders over £100.
International Shipping:
All International orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail. USA, Canada and Australia (6-7 business days).
Shipping is £20 for USA, Canada and Australia.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
In the unlikely event that your order appears to be lost in transit, please allow up to 14 days from the expected delivery date before contacting us. After this time, we can submit a claim with Royal Mail and arrange for your order to be resent.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are faulty or not as described.
If you have changed your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange for store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the same pristine condition in which it was received. Unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that have been marked, worn, or damaged, including marks caused when trying them on.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
